• Commercial use is forbidden unless I’m contacted first
• When used you must credit me for the song data and link back to my channel. (Ex. “Base VSQ by @Dunder-P”)
• If I’ve distributed something tuned, and you used or modified said tuning, I must also be credited for the tuning.
• Please credit and link back to the original artist of the song if said artist is not myself.
• Do not use the song data for anything illegal, anything inherently controversial, or anything that will make the original artist uncomfortable.
• Do not redistribute the song data, regardless of how modified it is. Conversion to other formats can be done with UtaFormatix and thus there is no need to redistribute it.
• Do not use for any kind of NFTs.
• Unless, with no exaggeration, you created and own the rights to EVERY SINGLE IMAGE USED IN TRAINING, my song data is not to be used in something that accompanies fully AI generate images, videos, etc.
• Do not use my song data with jinrikis, especially if it is Diff-SVC voicebank of a celebrity or otherwise public figure created without their consent. You will be the death of us all.
